("Mason Enterprises," "we," "our" or "us") and you, the client, user, or service recipient ("you," "your," or "Client"). By accessing our services—whether through this website, digital consultation, email communication, or in-person engagement—you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Scope of Services
Mason Enterprises is a multi-division enterprise providing professional, consulting, and service-based solutions across diverse industries. Our divisions include, but are not limited to:
Public Services Division – Conflict Control Center (C3), conflict analysis, mediation, emotional intelligence training
Commercial & Retail Division – Business partnerships, commerce development, sponsorships
Strategic Support Division – Administrative, legal, and operational support
Services may be offered as one-time engagements, recurring subscriptions, or bundled packages, depending on the division and client needs.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful experience, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding and communications
Communicate respectfully and clearly with Mason Enterprises team members
Meet agreed deadlines for documentation, scheduling, or payment
Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary materials or training methods
Not misuse, copy, or redistribute our intellectual property or service models
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Pricing is provided upfront via proposal, invoice, or posted service menu
Payment must be made via accepted methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or verified platforms)
Late payments may incur service delays, penalties, or cancellation
Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued in cases of documented service failure or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated in your agreement
We reserve the right to modify pricing or payment terms with prior notice.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the service engagement, including:
Conflict case details
Legal documents
Identification records (e.g., SSN, driver’s license)
Coaching plans or private disclosures
All data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Mason Enterprises reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, with prompt notice and accommodation
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we are committed to delivering exceptional service, Mason Enterprises does not guarantee:
Specific conflict outcomes, legal results, or personal transformation
Exact timelines for resolution or completion
Compatibility with third-party tools or systems not owned by us
Our services are guidance- and support-based, and success depends on your engagement and participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, course content, guides, logos, and tools provided by Mason Enterprises are our intellectual property. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display them
Use them for commercial gain without express written consent
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mason Global Enterprises LLC. is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Emotional distress or outcomes stemming from mediation, coaching, or advisory services
Client decisions based on insights, research, or transportation services
You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, unless arbitration is chosen by both parties.
10. Amendments and Severability
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted publicly and take effect immediately. If any portion is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full effect.
