These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Mason Global Enterprises Inc. (“Mason Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the client, user, or service recipient (“you,” “your,” or “Client”).
By accessing our services—whether through this website, digital consultation, email communication, or in-person engagement—you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Mason Global Enterprises Inc. operates multiple divisions, including:
Conflict Control Center (C3) – Mediation, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence training
Maison Moving Company – Local & regional moving, charitable relocation, logistics coordination
Cozy Homes Life – Household organization, downsizing, lifestyle assistance
Deylight Coaching Inc. – Life coaching, empowerment programs, performance mentorship
Intel Resolution – Intelligence research, geopolitical analysis, safety advisories
Quick Cars – Private transport and chauffeur services
Services may be offered as one-time engagements, recurring subscriptions, or bundled packages.
To ensure a successful experience, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding and communications
Communicate respectfully and clearly with Mason Global team members
Meet agreed deadlines for documentation, scheduling, or payment
Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary materials or training methods
Not misuse, copy, or redistribute our intellectual property or service models
Pricing is provided upfront via proposal, invoice, or posted service menu
Payment must be made via accepted methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or verified platforms)
Late Payments may incur service delays, penalties, or cancellation
Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued in cases of documented service failure or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated in your agreement
We reserve the right to modify pricing or payment terms with prior notice.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the service engagement, including:
Conflict case details
Legal documents
Identification records (e.g., SSN, driver’s license)
Coaching plans or private disclosures
All data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension or termination of services
Mason Global reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, with prompt notice and accommodation
While we are committed to delivering exceptional service, Mason Global does not guarantee:
Specific conflict outcomes, legal results, or personal transformation
Exact timelines for resolution or completion
Compatibility with third-party tools or systems not owned by us
Our services are guidance- and support-based, and success depends on your engagement and participation.
All materials, frameworks, course content, guides, logos, and tools provided by Mason Global are our intellectual property. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display them
Use them for commercial gain without express written consent
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mason Global Enterprises Inc. is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Emotional distress or outcomes stemming from mediation or coaching
Client decisions based on insights, research, or transportation services
You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, unless arbitration is chosen by both parties.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted publicly and take effect immediately. If any portion is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full effect.
